Natural History Hikes:
Relaxing hikes through some of the
Lower Cape’s most scenic and environmentally diverse habitats. Each trip
will focus on the natural history, flora and fauna of each specific
location. While walking on trails and paths we will learn about the
wildlife that we encounter, whether it be sounds, sights or smells.
Observations and education (tracks and signs) will include birds, reptiles
and amphibians, mammals, tidal life, trees, grasses and flowers. A great
healthy way to learn about the cape’s natural history.
These trips are lead by John
Simms from Strong Wings, and will be scheduled in varying locations across
on the cape. We are currently scheduling the following locations.
